ORDERING
We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All prints and products are carefully packaged and shipped out of rachel lucia’s studio in sewickley, pennsylvania. You can expect your order to ship within 3-7 days of your purchase date. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a Confirmation email. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
UNITED STATES — We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States.
OUTSIDE THE US — Orders outside the US may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. At this time, we use USPS. All order shipped internationally are final sale and any taxes + duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All paintings, prints, products, gift cards and sale items are final sale.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can help. All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly.

How long do commissions take?
the turn around time for a commission is any where from 2-5 weeks depending on size and subject matter. if you have a hard deadline we are able to ACCOMMODATE most time constraints.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay & paypal.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
shipping with be calculated at checkout for all original art & products.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 days of your purchase date (excluding commissions). Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. If there is an unexpected delay, we will reach out via email.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
As long as your order has not shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact rachelluciaartgmail.com if you need to make a change to your order.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
